DILL + GARLIC DIP
It finally feels like spring in New York. And when it feels like spring, it’s time to make dill dip!
I often make dill dip just to have on hand for a snack... to eat with cucumbers, tomatoes or peppers... especially when the weather is nice. The dip is creamy and tangy, with big punches of flavor from the dill and garlic. And believe me ... it's very hard to stop eating it ... so don't say I didn't warn you!
I grew up with this dip, eating it at brunches and barbeques. But the recipe really stuck with me when I started making it for parties I either hosted or went to during graduate school. It quickly became a favorite of my friends, and to this day, I rarely host a party without dill dip.
